Worst dealership experience. They dented my car's trunk during a car wash, and my floor mats were taken by the salesperson. I spoke with one of the managers, but he did not help at all. I do not recommend this dealership. Before you buy the car, they are very nice, but after the purchase, they act like they don't know you anymore.

I don't think they checked brakes. Because brake rotors are very damage wire out too much. Brake pads needed to be changed and they were not changed. Abs system 1 and 2 was the problem and didn't do anything about it. Message on screen comes. Back. I don't believe they did check thenm or fix them. Nobody reported me that this was inspected and fixed or not. They didn't care about tire rotation was due didn't do it .

I don't know what they service. I requested ti check brajes because thereis mouse as yiu brake coming from braje oads and brake rotors are wired out. Nothing was fobe to the brakes abd disj rotors. Alignment wasn't perforned as well. Tures on the fron each one had a missinh lug nut. I really don't know what they did or service. Brakes needed didn't changet brajes and braje royirs

They did fix the recall battery plate but always find 10 other things wrong. So, I went in with a battery issue, and $900 later, a few extra items like belts and brakes were fixed. They do communicate well, but I am just always humored by the price and extra "critical" items found.

Everything went well as far as the Service for my 4-Runner was concerned. I didn't like the 10 minute late period, if you arrive late you basically get put at the end of the customer service line. I drove 25.6 miles to the dealership, anything can happen on the freeway to cause a delay or back up. Please take into consideration extenuating circumstances.

I asked them to flush and fill transmission fluid, they said they did, but they did not. I asked them specifically not to do engine oil change because windows less than 100 miles prior, yet they did. The specialist need to learn how to listen to customers and ensure proper work is done, this is basic. I have to go back Friday so that they can "check" if the transmission work was done.
