Someone from the dealership took my 2015 Challenger Hellcat that was in for service out on a joyride and hit a curb. Then they tried to hide the damage and denied it was done. The steering rack was damaged and had to be replaced. They wanted me to pay for the repair. At the end, the wheel was repaired, the rack was replaced, and the car was aligned. I WAS a loyal customer, but very disappointed that this happened and how it was handled.

My Adaptive Cruise Control stopped working and the gauge said it needed to be serviced. My car was out of the mfg warranty period but i had an extended warranty I purchased when I bought the car. I expected the process of getting the car covered under the extended warranty to be a long drawn out problem. The service team insured me they would take care of everything. A few hours later i got a call saying my car was ready for pickup and that they handled the billing with the warranty company. Not only was the service team thorough, quick and efficient, but they went above and beyond in getting my car back with all problems fixed.
