They gave me a loaner because i did not have another vehicle and they were nice i always get my car service done there they always get it done in a timely manner. Only thing was with the recall they didnt cover the new lines for the seat belt i dont even know if they had anything that can cover them, but hopefully at some point they can figure it out so it dont look ugly

I have been taking my car here since I purchased it from them in 2019. My washer fluid line snapped and they did a temporary fix until they could get the parts. Mind you they did this temporary fix 20 minutes to close since it was the middle of winter and knew it would be a safety hazard for me if I couldn't see out my windshield. Highly recommend them. Keep up the great work.

This was a routine oil change, and things went fine. No one was in front of me when I pulled in, so I was first on the rack. They plugged in the reader and read the codes (none, no problems). They put in the upgraded full synthetic oil as requested. Coffee and water was fresh in the air conditioned waiting room. I was on my way in under 50 minutes. As a thank you, I was emailed a 3mo free SiriusXM reward-no credit card required.

Had to wait over 3 hours for oil change & tire rotation in their "quick lane". They do not take appointments for oil changes. Appeared like they only had 1 service tech doing the work, while 5-6 other people standing around in the office/service dept. No one else was in the waiting room, so unsure why it was such a long wait.
