I do like seeing the photos of actual work that needs to be done. My service advisor didn't make recommendations in accordance to dire need like would you like for us to remove the nail out of the tire? Looks like my bumper was damaged and no one told me.

I was greeted promptly by the service advisor. He explained what maintenance would be performed. It took just over an hour and my car was ready. My service advisor showed me exactly what maintenance was performed and also showed me everything else that was checked and did not need maintenance.

All the work done to my vehicle was great, but there were wires from a dealer installed security feature that were pulled and left hanging (no damage). I went in for an inspection and mount and balance one tire. This work took 3 hours, and I had an appointment. My service advisor, Melanie, is the main reason why I go to Honda in Frisco! She is an amazing person who cares about the customer!

They commented about my 10 year old tires which I had been thinking about replacing due to age and recommended I get 4 new ones. I agreed (the price was reasonable) and they changed them and still got me out of there just slightly longer than originally committed.
