Nothing to dislike with this specific Dealer. Their service dept is excellent. They all enjoy their jobs and it shows in the way they treat and take care of me, a customer for 10 years. Everything I need for my Honda I take to them. Nowhere else. They are extremely busy but manage the vehicles very well! My car is 11 years old and is well taken care of with all Honda parts, tires etc.

Despite being a long-time customer who brings all my vehicles here, I was stopped and questioned by a staff member just for taking a bottle of water. Although it took quite some time, the service was awesome! Tyler Jordan, my service advisor regularly made sure that I was comfortable while I waited for my car to be serviced. He thoroughly explained other components of my vehicle that could lead to uneven tire tread. My technician was Emirhan, who did a great job providing pictures and notes concerning my car and future repairs that may arise. Very thorough work in the shop!

I had my Accord towed in for emergency tire replacement after a construction zone caused blowout. They took care of it along with a tire rotation that I requested and state inspection while I was there. We arrive around 3:00 without an appointment and they had me out by 6:00. The tire was covered under my warranty. Excellent service!

I took my car in for repairs to rodent damage on my windshield washer reservoir hoses. Gabrielle was my service advisor and she took great care of me from start to finish. The repairs were done while I waited and she even installed new wiper blades for me personally and made sure I tested the wiper/washer system before I left the dealership. I had an appointment to get the oil/filter change. Adter opening about 1.5 hr, I asked when would car be ready. I was told it takes about 3 hrs to get oil changed.
Going to dealership for service is not only getting over charged in the name of originaln parts but just a time waste.

1) auto stop recall update unfortunately has left me with a non functioning auto stop. congratulations on your software malfunctions fyi 2) back up camera continues to have intermitent black outs of short duration despite replacements and software updates also fyi. both updates are probably out of warranty. however corporate needs awareness of continued software problems.

But "special mention" goes to Kevin Jones who has been my Service Advisor since I bought my first Honda over 18 yrs ago.
