First time at Dave Wright Auto to fix my air bag light that would not go off on my Subaru. Codey did an excellent job of understanding what the issue was and about how long it would take to fix the issue. I was given a new loaner vehicle to use during the repair. They found the problem and fixed the issue. (new airbag control module). They also did a complete inspection to check for anything that may be needed. That was good to know, that I did not need anything more at this time. Very nice experience.

Slow going due to how busy they are. 2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change and too expensive. They also always document using 0W20 oil even though my car takes 5W30.

Always done well in the past however they contacted my husband to let him know it was done and I waited another 45 minutes in the waiting area. Also had to go back since the sensors were not shut off.
