To much song and dance. Very pushy wanted us to sign paperwork. Did the old let me check with the sales manager . Took off dollars from our trade in but the same there's was normal ware & tear. Found non turbo 60 miles away one owner with less than half the mileage and in better shape . Had had it for over a month and love it.

The express service is the way to go. Very fast and friendly. I asked them to rotate my tires and they didnt. They determined a rotation wasnt needed yet. Other ahops would have just done it and taking my money. Very honest group of technicians.

This place was fantastic. Showed up and asked them to look at a noises I was hearing along with changing the oil. Was seated in the lobby and checked in on Facebook, where Dave Wright commented and told me to help myself to snacks. I did, and as I waited received updates. They told me I should get a filter changed, and I agreed. Got to the checkout and was pleasantly surprised I wasnt charged for them to diagnose and fix the noise.

Very disappointed. Drove over 4 hours, sales person told me the body was in "GREAT" shape and the truck was in great running condition.
Well, I show up and there are two huge dents on the passenger door, passenger fender was dented out, the sunroof was off track and made grinding noises (They fixed it), and while in park it had a rough idle. If I knew beforehand all this would have happened, I would have never shown up. Then the numbers game was played. Additional costs were adding up, the total (out the door price) would always change. I did like the truck, however the deal was never made and I moved on.
