They would have gotten a five star review but when they call me to tell me that my vehicle couldn't be inspected due to a fog light not on they call me to ask me if I want to pay them 180 dollars to fix it and I was like no way that was extremely expensive for a five minute job that I did myself.

I liked being kept up to date on what was going on and were my car was in the process, especially when they encountered stuck lug nuts. I was told as soon as the problem was discovered and told it was taking time to fix, and updated when it was fixed, which was very, very nice.

For the past service (4 times now) the Mechanic has failed to set tire pressures correctly. On a Jeep Compass the tire pressures are different from the front to the back. The information is on the inside of the Driver Door. Failure to set correct pressure is inexcusable, in my view. If you drive a Jeep Compass be sure tire pressure is correct before leaving the Dealership and have them correct the situation for proper tire wear.

My 1500 would not start, had it towed to the shop, took three days before they had a chance to look at. Found a water leak from the third brake light had shorted out the rfh. Was told the parts were readily available. Still took another seven days to get my truck back.

The reason for my last visit was I had a major oil leak due to the fact the drain plug was not tight and even backed off a couple threads. I had lost a Quart of oil and got oil all over the underside and back of the Jeep. This happened as a result of having an oil change and the mechanic not being through.
