Being able to set up an appointment online with vehicle issues listed is a plus All issues were addressed and great communication with the service advisor on prices and time needed for repairs. This makes the experience stress free for me. .

It was the worse ever, I could not get the service manager Judi to call me back. My car was not safe to drive and they said there were no parts available. I went to Wentworth Tire in South Holland and he had Ford parts in two weeks.

Just purchased a new to me Maverick with 60,000 miles. The alternator was bad and replaced under warranty. Also had a spray in bed liner installed. Scheduled repairs Saturday; got the truck in to the shop Monday evening and got the truck back on Wednesday. Got a ride from a porter there and back on drop off and pickup. Work seems to have been done well thus far.

I was promptly upon arrival. My service advisor, Joe Klimek, was very knowledgeable and respectful. Communication during the process was excellent. The car was ready at the time promised. When the service was completed, the car was delivered to my home, which was very much appreciated.

It was wonderful. Made appointment and was taken in for service on time. Oil change and inspection was done in excellent time frame. Service adviser Joe Klimek informed me of a couple issues that needed to be attended to. Ask for a time frame that they could be fixed in and told me 1 hour and delivered the work on time. Definitely going back for more service. 5 Stars+ for them.

Had an unexpected expense when I was rear-ended and needed the back-up camera wires fixed. Shelby did a great job in finding me a coupon to reduce the cost. The service dept. is great and always willing to help. I have had nothing but positive experiences and have taken my car there for servicing since 2018.

I had a check engine light come on. If I still had my OBD2 tester, I could have plugged it in and looked up the trouble code online. 15 to 30 minutes top. After 2-1/4 hours I went to my service writer to find out what was happening. He told me the purge valve was bad and would cost $890. I had it replaced (with an actual Ford part) at a reputable auto shop for $549.

The Service Director of Ford Frankfort helped me to resolve my Apple Car Play after it did not work when I picked it up from another Ford dealer that replaced my battery and the power train module. He did his best to repair it with small cost to protect Ford quality service and satisfaction of Ford owners like me. Got the best treatment from him to alleviate my frustration. Thank you.

I liked that I didn't get charged 189.00 for the technician to tell me about the problems I already knew about my car. I liked the fact that my back windshield wiper was fixed, the main expectation of my scheduled visit. I liked the cost breakdown of the $4675.00 repairs for the brake pads, shocks, rear bearing replacement and alignment estimate up front, and why my engine light remains on.

Shelby and Joe were awesome told me exactly about the job being performed and it was going to be labor intensive. But, my driver seat heater stopped working and a week later my engine light came on and my emission and exhaust system was malfunctioning.

I have been having an ongoing issue that a Hyundai dealership could not find/fix. Someone recommended Currie Ford in Frankfort so I decided to give it a shot. Not only was this issue an inconvenience, I was growing concerned that my car was not going to be able to pass emissions! Currie was able to get me in and fix my car quickly. I will be returning here for all my car needs.

They left all lug nuts loose broke 4 studs coming through the mountains had it fixed at rocky top ford then they didn't want to pay for the repairs covered part but it ended up costing me 500 for a new wheel for my truck and seems like they don't care just want the money
