I have been waiting since my muffler parts were ordered the end of January. Then two times they were delayed. Now delayed till June! They have not returned my latest call fro 2 week ago.They were given almost two thousand dollars as a deposit! I want my money back and I will have the muffler replaced by a local shop, but no one returns my call. This is th irst time in over 25 years I have had an issue, but this is a huge ISSUE!

Everthing went smoothly considering the Garage door wouldn't open that morning, but the staff handled it very well. Check in was easy. Car was finished when promised. The only think slightly bad was the person who returned my car tried to get out before he took it out of gear, and I had to go out and finish shutting it off. Service was fast (The Works). But I had requested a car wash with a coupon as my car was quite dirty from street salt. After walking to the lot to pick up my car I discovered that the car was still dirty. I went back into the service department to ask what happened and was told the car wash broke. I was disappointed because they could have told me when paying my bill that they couldnt do the car wash rather than being surprised.

They sold me car with "Lot Rotted Brakes" they told me they would replace the brake rotors, but they didn't. They just turned the rotors. The brakes are still grabbing and noisey. The car goes 6 mph in reverse when idling. I asked to have this reduced to 4 mph. They told me the car was "operating as per design". I am going to trade the car in on a Toyota.
