Customer service is lacking. Prices are quite high for used vehicles when you compared to other dealers. Why pay dealers $1000 fee when you can purchase from other dealers who either do not charge such fees or less than Crown Hyundai. Buyers shop at otter dealers before you spend you hard earned money at this dealership known as Crown Hyundai

I have owned my car for 2 years and have always had full synthetic oil put in on every service. When I took it in for this visit I was not asked if I wanted full synthetic oil this visit. Instead they changed me to conventional oil. My car wasnt ran thru the car wash, as this is typically complimentary to a service.

At this time their service department is under major renovation. It is difficult to communicate, my car was there 4 days for a repair that should have probably taken no more than two days. I'm hoping once they get their service department and more people hired the experience will be better.

Terrible communication. Our calls were never answered, and the staff (including service manager) couldnt be bothered to return phone calls so I could check the status of my repairs. The only way for us to get answers is for my husband to show up in person. Just absolutely terrible service.

Crown Hyundai finally fixed my front strut. I worked with John H. and he made sure the problem was corrected under warranty. I appreciate his effort and my compliments to Crown for sticking it out and taking care of a problem that was bothering me for quite a while. the service advisor was thorough and understood what I wanted to find out. Because the cost of repair involved an non-safety issue and more than I wanted to spend on an older vehicle, i did not have them fix it and there was no charge for the diagnostic work.

He talked me through the process of dropping my car off and the entire process was very simple. They kept me informed through the whole process which took a couple weeks. The people working there were very friendly and it is a pleasant place. I was disappointed though because I called ahead and gave a list of what my car needed and they did not have one of the items. So now I have to return to get my rear driver's side light replaced when it comes in. I would have waited. My time is valuable.

The lady I spoke with 2 or 3 times to schedule me an appointment didn't put it in right or forgot because when I got there for my appt they couldn't find me in the system. So I was not too happy! But the service guy did go ahead and get me in and it only took about an hour.

I have had two very minor warranty repairs to my Elantra. In both casa, it was taken care of in no more than 45 minutes, and I was back on the road.
I have also had dealings with Crown M-B, repairs I handled in behalf a friend, including extensive body shop work.
In all cases, Crown's customer experience was first rate.

The Team at Crown Hyundai is exceptional! Jennifer Irvin went out of her way to make our experience the easiest we've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Kyle in finance was also great as was Charlie helping us finding the right deal beforehand. We've found a home for our new Sonata and a great beautiful Sonata as well. :-)

I was advised 2 different amounts of time for the service and it took even more than thought. Technician was unaware of the amount of electronics in the seat (I feel this is something he should have known). I received my car back with parts not fastened in place (additional time needed).

My 15 Sonata was brought to the dealership for an oil change and check my stereo glitch . The stereo needs replacing , under warranty ! However, the auto hold button now is broken & causes the car not to move after I start the vehicle & put it in drive & the auto hold light is a dark orange color , which Ive never seen until this recent dealer visit .

They took care of the recall fast and would have given 5 stars but when I was explaining the problem with my A/C he shrugged it off and said alot of hyundais have that problem and basically to deal with it unless I wanted to replace the compressor. He didnt even have the system checked. I took it somewhere else and turns out my system got overcharged.

The service adviser was professional and explained all that the car was needing. This was the first visit to this dealer for service and they and a inspection and gave me a printed sheet of the reported services the car has already had and the ones it still needs. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. The oil change was completed in about 40 minutes.
