Had a wonderful experience at Crown Hyundai. I was taken right on time and told it would take 2 hours. It took less. My advisor, Lori Kalnasky was wonderful and made sure I was kept abreast of the process. The reception area was lovely with lots of snacks and coffee.

My car was not serviced. What a joke! I waited 4 months for the appt. I got there and was asked why I was there. Then I was texted and asked why my car was there. Then I was told you would KEEP my car for 7 days for "diagnostics"! I took my car back as you dont provide a loaner for "tmps" problems. What a waste of my time!

I went for my vehicles first maintenance since owning the car 20k miles. Basic Oil change, multi check and tire rotation was all I needed, waited a little under 2 hours, didn't drive 2 blocks and tire pressure light came on. Guess they forgot to check tire rotation when rotating tires. Other than that, good experience.

Electrical concerns can require a longer diagnostic process because our technicians must perform multiple system checks to properly identify the source of the issue.
This may include checking the battery condition, testing the charging system, scanning vehicle modules for stored faults, and verifying whether any external devices or vehicle systems are drawing power when the vehicle is off.
Because these types of concerns require detailed testing and specialized diagnostic equipment, they are assigned to our highest-skilled technicians.
Proper electrical diagnosis can take a significant amount of time to ensure the root cause is accurately identified rather than simply addressing a symptom.
Due to the complexity of this type of concern and the time required for proper testing, we unfortunately experienced a longer-than-usual delay in processing vehicles with electrical concerns that day.
We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience and the delay you experienced while waiting for your vehicle to be evaluated. Your time is important to us, and we truly appreciate your patience and feedback.
