Crown was very fair with me on my transmission repair. On my first visit I wasn't satisfied but then the service manager, Wes Overton, called me back to come in and have the service done to my satisfaction.

Even though some things are under warranty they still want to add things to. Getting appointment wasn't hard. Dropping off & picking up vehicle wasn't hard. Think it's very ironic that the next day the check engine light came on

I am sorry about the experience that you had at our dealership. The onboard monitoring systems activate check engine lights, and coming on after the visit is simply a coincidence. I talked with you about bringing your car back to the dealership when I learned of this, and to compensate, I sent you an email with a certificate for a free oil change on your next visit. They leave you car less, claims its always an waitlist for a loaner car while they have your car more than 24hrs up to a week or more like you suppose to be okay with that. But so far hopefully they done the job that was needed to be done.

I needed to get an oil change. I was explained the various plans that I asked about. I chose the one best suited for me and was told about 1-2 hours. They were right ! I was on my way in under 2 hours and pleased with my service.

Pathetic customer service, arrogant staff. Got it back to dealer where I purchased the vehicle and 6 hours later problem was found. Crown supposedly couldnt find the issue. Hard to find a issue when you wont try.

They took care of my car, however, they kept it for three days for a simple issue merely because they had someone quit and didn't bother to call me or answer my messages about the status of my car.
