They have always come off as not having any knowledge of about their cars. I always get BS serving from them. I'm paying for a warranty that has NEVER been fulfilled to my satisfaction. The last time I was there the tech complained and talked mess. Then I was asked to bring the car back. It's too much hassle with that business.

Truck sat at the dealership for almost 10 days to find out that the part was in the engineering department of Chrysler being remade. Of course they would not give me a rental and if I didn't have a second car I've been in major trouble because the part is not supposed to be ready till at least April 20th. Even though this review says they replaced a cylinder head, that is NOT TRUE. This dealer service shop has all the parts but stated they couldn't work on it for a month, so I took it to another dealer MTN. VIEW and they did not need to replace the cylinder head.

You brought in a diesel vehicle with glow plug issues and provided glow plugs you purchased for replacement. The cylinder head is directly related to the need to remove a glow plug in one of the cylinders. Unfortunately, a glow plug shattered upon removal, and we were able to provide you with Stellantis goodwill to offset cost. At that point, you decided to take your vehicle to a different dealership. We are pleased that the dealership successfully performed the work for you. We apologize for any lack of clear communication when dealing with the repair, and we want to assure you that we are here to provide the best service for you in the future. Even though I had an appointment I had to wait over an hour for an oil change because a highway patrolman came in with a broken backup camera. Not sure why that was an emergency. Also I was quoted $100 on the website, then $59 when I arrived but I was finally charged $135. This is the second time I have been charged more than the quoted amount. I will not give you a 3rd chance to cheat me!

They are very dishonest. Was told several things that needed done. The price was almost $4000. My husband denied 2 things being done. One was replacement hoses that he was going to do. They unhooked one of the hoses causing my jeep to run hot & leak antifreeze everywhere. Never will go back!

I have spoken with you about your experience at our dealership. Our technician sent you a video of the inspection he did of your car. In the video you will see the coolant hose was covered in pink crust due to the fact that your vehicle was leaking coolant. You then advised that you took your vehicle to an independent shop for repair. Everything was great - the team were wonderful - my one complaint and why you didn't get 5 stars is that you don't wash the car before handing it back! $1,200+ and the car isn't washed is crazy to me! I would never but a Chrysler, Dodge or RAM vehicle again. They didn't fix the problem. Plus I was out of town and they wouldn't get me the part I needed before I had to head home. On top of this it was a warranty claim. Their company Chrysler Dodge RAM which is owned by Fiat customer service is terrible.

Thanks for providing feedback on your recent visit to our service department. The part to correctly repair your vehicle was a 48-volt battery. When attempting to order the part, we learned it was back ordered with no ETA when it would arrive. We then conducted a nationwide search of Ram dealers to see if the part was available and concluded that there were no available parts. We did receive a communication from Ram that you had reached out for assistance, and they agreed to expedite the part. As a last resort, you asked if we could remove the part from one of our stock units to repair your vehicle. Unfortunately, that is not an option, as Ram will not authorize payment in that scenario. We understand that you were traveling, and we did everything possible to secure the part. However, we could not secure it before you had to leave to return home. I wish we could have provided a better outcome for you; however, it was out of our control.

I don't care for a non detailed receipt. My labor was 200 dollars. I purchased the part before and still had to pay 291 after it was done. They charged me for "supplies".... which I had already paid for. This is why patrons are reluctant to use the dealership for repairs.
