I had scheduled an appointment as recommended to test my transmission's diagnostics before the 60,000 mile manufacture warranty has expired. It was deemed my car had reset itself and there were no issues. I was under the impression everything was covered under warranty including the diagnostics test; however, the test itself was not and was priced at $199. After explaining my situation, the staff was very understanding and waived the charge.

I've been a customer of Cortese Ford for some time and have two of my vehicles serviced there for both routine maintenance and repairs.
I've always appreciated the service process as being one where I was always kept abrest and clearly informed as to what issues needed to be addressed and in what priority to address them in.
Also, communication was also another part of the service that I felt the service department excelled in keeping me in the loop along the whole service visit.
