Honest and upfront. No added extra fees at the dealership that they didnt include online or over the phone (options were talked about when I was there). The rough numbers discussed over the phone/text were higher then what was actually quoted to me at the dealership as they always tend to see what they might be on the high end. So when I got there not only was my monthly payment lower, so was the interest on the loan!

Took 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I was the only one in the waiting room and it was an hour and 15 minutes before they even took my car into the shop. I bought my truck there and have it serviced there. Couldn't they have done mine as I was waiting instead of completing multiple cars left by customers before mine.
