Liked the fact that they were able to complete the work on my car in less than 24 hours. I DID NOT like the fact that I was charged $1,400 to replace the alternator. This price was $400 over every quote I could find on line to replace an alternator for 2015 Honda Pilot.

I received an email telling me it was time to have my battery checked. I scheduled an appointment and was told that at my last appointment my battery was checked and it was fine. The technician checked my battery anyway since I was there and it was good. Even though I didn't have to have my battery checked he checked it for me. I hate wasting my time so I was glad he checked it.

Service took longer than expected. I was informed at the end of my service that I needed a new battery. I asked how long that would take and was told 15 minutes. My car wasn't completed until an hour later.
Also, I appreciated the car wash but the car wash lost a $10 magnet that I had on the back of my car.

They were remiss in telling me at my last visit on August 23 that I was due for a rotation of my tires. Therefore, I needed to go back on October 31 just for a tire rotation. The service rep was great and apologized for the inconvenience. It's nice to know in this day and age that there are still people that will apologize.

I had an appointment for an oil change. I like to get the oil change since at times it is cheaper than other competitors, but more importantly I get a check up on issues with my car. Service advisor advised me on other issues on my car, but no way of pressuring me to have it done today. Over the years, they have advised me honestly on work repair that comes with wear and tear.

We shattered the entire rear window and tailight of our Civic and of course we needed the repair done quickly! Deborah handled our entire adventure, including inspecting that every tiny piece of glass was removed. Several other members of the service staff were involved in getting this done and getting it back into our hands asap. It was quickly repaired and they handled our little victim with tlc!! Clinton Honda took my car in for repair. It turned out the resrervoir frim the sunroof was clogged. They fixed that. Unfortunstely the floor was still wet. I wish they would have made a better recommendatoon for drying the floor ad this can cause problems down the road.
