Had a visor replaced on my Pilot. They ordered and installed the wrong color, then did nothing to compensate me for my time when I came for the replacement. I checked the price I was charged for the part, I was charged $184, the part was $105 on the Honda parts website. I will not use Clinton Honda for service again

Clinton Honda has excellent customer service. I will not take my Pilot anywhere else. They are reliable and extremely transparent with the work that needs to be completed. Their waiting room is extremely comfortable with every type of beverage available (alcohol excluded.) warm cookies are available plenty of area for you to do work free Wi-Fi comfortable desk set up for you to to do any work you need and the service advisor is constantly keep you apprised of the progress.

I was very impressed. I brought my 2022-CRV in as a first time customer.for a minor problem with the adaptive cruise control. After an hour of attempting a "fix". no computer indication could be found for the random beeb.. A minor adjustment was all that couild be done to silence the sound. Not only was I not charged anything, but the car was washed and cleaned inside and out. Thank you.... I will be back.

Experience was great. Lounge room was nice so bought a book & coffee while waiting for car service to be done. Only took 1.5 hours to have my car serviced for oil change, tire rotation and recall part replaced. It was recommended I have the cabin air filter, engine air filter and rear differential fluid replaced which I decided to have done since I was there anyway.
