I brought my car in for a 10:30 a.m. appointment and didnt leave until 12:45 p.m, This was for an oil change, tire rotation and recall fix.
The service advisor did not tell me about the shuttle service nor did she respond to the emails I sent during the time I waited.
At checkout the service manager apologized and said theyd make it right next time, but did not say what make it right means.

I was impressed with how fast they finished with my car considering the amount of cars that were ahead of me. I liked the fact that I received a text message informing me that I could communicate with them via text if needed. They were very professional and gave great customer service.

Bad service. They forgot to reset my oil mileage, the top that cover my engine was not put back in place , and they just forgot about my car , to my understanding its first come first serve when getting an oil change. I ask to speak to a supervisor but I was told that he was gone for the day. I had a terrible experience . I know it was Friday but a job still needs to be done . People were just slacking off.

I have always been satisfied with Classic Buick GMC service and service writers. Richard took care of me this time and kept me informed of their progress. I also used the shuttle service to take me home when I left my car. What a convenience. Thank You Buick staff.

David Ramos the service tech was nice and friendly. But when I got there they said my car was finished but it wasn't it still in line for the complementary rinse and vacuuming. I didn't appreciate the thought but when I received my car back it was dirty in the inside from them working on my car and the vacuuming was not vacuuming they literally didn't do any of that. But the service supervisor David I had work with him in the past and he has always been super nice and gets the job done.
