Hit an object on the road, and blew out a rear tire. Called Rob Watson in the Service Dept while waiting for roadside assistance. Told me to bring it in, and they would take care of it...and they did. Replaced the tire, ensured that the wheel had not been damaged beyond cosmetic ding, and did a realignment. Fast, efficient service. Excellent work!

I liked the ease of making the appointment, I did not like the condition of my truck when they were through servicing it. The wheel locks were just laid in the cup holder; the filthy paper floor mat was still in the floor and after they rotated my tires the truck rides very rough when I get up to highway speed.

Erick the advisor was very helpful because as I was driving my car started overheating and the air went out. Once I made it home safely, he told me what to look for under the hood and advised me to have the car towed. Once it was there, he kept me informed and got my vehicle back to me in a timely manner.

Service level has dropped. Team used to go above and beyond. We have been going tgere for 4 vehicles for over 10 years. Recent services have left us checking our vehicles to make sure enough oil was added, that our fluids were topped off, warnings checked, etc. my Yukons "service 4WD has been iignored, for example.

But was then told it would be another 5-10 minutes because they were going to wash the car 20 minutes passed and went to ask about car, they pulled it around and never washed it

I liked the friendliness of Mr. Williams who took my truck in. I ABSOLUTELY hated waiting 3-hours when I had an appointment at 9:40am. I did not get my truck until around 12:45PM. I discontinued the free oil change that I had paid for for 5-years. It's not worth my time.
