Communication at this place is terrible. The key drop is not clearly marked, which is an issue when they tell you to drop the key off before they open. Not to mention the opening time on Google is not accurate and they simply scraped the time off their door, not replacing it or adding a note they now open at 8 am, not 7. The employees will just stand in the back and watch you knock and try to call to leave your vehicle and not try to help you in the slightest! The office staff is nice but the service is horrible.

The service rep, Eric, was extremely helpful. I was leaving to drive back to Arizona and truck wouldn't start. Truck started after a jump and I talked with Eric on what to do. Even tho they were booked solid for the next week, he said he would check it with the computer if I brought it in. Nothing came up on his computer and his best guess was the batteries. One was a little weak which he felt may be the problem. They replaced the battery and drove to Arizona with no problem. I thanked him so much for helping me out.
