The customer waiting area had a very comfortable atmosphere. I really appreciated the free sweet bread and fancy barista type coffee. Experience was horrible. Made an appointment for oil change. Was told it would only take an hour. After 30mins my vehicle was done but they had us wait another 2 hours in waiting area while my vehicle was parked in done parking spot outside. Why make an appointment it still takes 2 hours for an oil change!

I had an oil change on my car and a tire rotation that was needed. They put air in the tires also without having to ask them to do it. I asked if they could check the A/C cabin filter and it was fine. The time it took was very reasonable. Very friendly staff.
