Service Advisor Carlos Ibarra at Chapman Chevrolet - GMC was great. I had, what I thought was a oil leak. It turn out to only something that I drove over and the oily substance splashed under the hood and was leaking on our driveway. Carlos found out that there was no oil leak, thank God. Carlos not only took care of my issue, he had our vehicle washed (oil mess on the exterior) he arranged transportation to and from our house to the dealership. He has my vote for "Employee Of The Month".
