Received email from dealership of discounts for services. Synthetic oil change. $79.95. Scheduled and had work done. Authorized remove and replace of two cabin filters. Final bill showed the oil change PLUS a charge for new oil filter. Had not been charged for that previously. Air filters around $50. Oil change and filteres out the door was $179.11.

Alex met me at the door and listened to what I had had to say. He kept me informed about what was happening, had the car washed, gave me the keys and off I went. There are a lot of places closer but I continue to drive farther and feel like the service was done correctly and quickly.

Efficient service and comfortable area to sit while waiting for car to be serviced. Only negative is that computer system was down when I checked out, so did not receive any confirmation of work done on car. Despite a couple of phone calls requesting this information I have not received any description of work done for my records.

Had low. Tire inspected. It had punctures and needed to be replaced. Tire was in stock. Asked that an appointment be made for another day due to a very backed up day. Returned with appointment two days later. Waited two hours for one in stock tire to be replaced. Tire replaced, car returned without promised car wash. No explanations. Have purchased cars for ten years from Chapman. Never experienced such a lack of service.
