They did balance tires. But there is another problem. I have called and they are not returning my call. I bought this car and expect it to b 100 percent. I am paying alot of money for this car. Shouldn't have to drive it uncomfortably and worried its gonna break.

The people were super nice. When I booked my appointment, I asked for wiper blades to be replaced and to have my car detailed inside and out. Neither of those were accomplished. :(

The car did not pass inspection due to the emergency brake not holding sufficienly. The staff acted like they never seen this before and gave me the impression that they were not sure if they could fix it. Naturally that got me quite nervous about the outcome. They did tighten up the brakes and it now holds.

Gave us regular updates and gave us some other recommendations but didn't push when we said we would wait. Only downside was the cost. Much higher than estimated.
