Melissa, is always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. She assisted in resolving the issue. She did explain that the issue I am having is something that is common with GMC trucks. The drivers side wheel liner comes in contact with the tire when making sharp left turns causing it to become bent and/or weak and rubbing against the tire.

Had an appointment set for 9 am. Car wasn't put in for an oil change until after 12. Dealership said they had no recollection of an appointment for me. I showed them the confirmation and they told me that they never received the appointment request, even though it was confirmed.

I had an appointment at 7:00am for an oil change and a tire rotation. What normally takes an hour, was not completed until 9:30am. Also, all four of the tire pressure monitoring caps were left loose, I had to tighten every one of them before leaving.

I took my vehicle in to get serviced at 8 am, they told me it would not take too long, went back at 10 and told that it was not ready, I went to the maintenance office and waited for the service assistant until 1 and she told me that my vehicle had been ready since 10:30 and they had sent me a text message letting me know, the number they had was not my telephone number and the second number they had was actually one of their numbers.

Was told the vehicle needed the valve component for the transmission. Purchased the bumper to bumper extended coverage. Was told they did not have the part available. Then told I could pick up vehicle until part was ready. One month down, still waiting on replacement part.

They did the recalls (which is a great thing) without telling us (after I had called and was told they didn't do them on Saturday) and we were there for about seven hours with our four children. If they would of told us we could of have gone some where instead of waiting there.
