I appreciated that my vehicle was taken in and serviced within the same day even without having an appointment. I was greeted promptly, but did wait for someone to come take my information. It was after 10 o'clock and I waited close to 10 minutes for someone to receive my vehicle.

Even if you have an appointment they will not check your vehicle if you have a check engine light on. You will be placed on a waiting list for more or less of minimum of 10 days waiting!!!!! Been having issues with a brand new gmc sierra ever since I got it, not what you expect on a brand new vehicle !!!!

I took my truck because the engine broke on my Silverado and the warranty covered a replacement engine. Casa Buick replaced the engine on my truck and when I went to go pick it up it had the engine light on and they couldn't find out the issue , even though they replaced it with another whole engine. I wouldn't recommend taking any vehicle to this place. I still currently have the check engine light on.

Melissa, is always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. She assisted in resolving the issue. She did explain that the issue I am having is something that is common with GMC trucks. The drivers side wheel liner comes in contact with the tire when making sharp left turns causing it to become bent and/or weak and rubbing against the tire.

Had an appointment set for 9 am. Car wasn't put in for an oil change until after 12. Dealership said they had no recollection of an appointment for me. I showed them the confirmation and they told me that they never received the appointment request, even though it was confirmed.

I had an appointment at 7:00am for an oil change and a tire rotation. What normally takes an hour, was not completed until 9:30am. Also, all four of the tire pressure monitoring caps were left loose, I had to tighten every one of them before leaving.
