Had my appointment in advance for an oil change/tire rotation in the morning. Arrived a little late, but still serviced on time.
Wait time was less than an hour, despite there being a decent amount of others waiting. Staff is very friendly -- my advisor today was N. Judd (not going to put her info up, you can ask around with that last name if you'd like her). She was kind and energetic, despite it
being morning/the COVID-scares.
Car is in good condition; no surprises from inspection

there was a mix up i believe, and no one called to let me know a part was in that was to be fixed. after 10 days i called, and it was in. disappointing. and i needed to get it in last weekend, and nothing was available. So that happened. What 'made it all better' was how hard the scheduler worked to find me a spot, that the repair was made and i had no hold-up when i returned to pay and pick it up. Thank you for your service recovery efforts!
