This is the first year that I have had some issues with my experience with this dealership/service shop. They recommended I purchase a new battery based on some Midtronics test. Either the technician was inept, there were issues with the test itself, or Subaru was just trying to get me to buy a new battery. I went online, and also checked with Auto Zone, to find out why a brand new battery, purchased 9/27/2025, needed replacing. And it didn't. It was at correct voltage and correct CCA for that Duralast model. Disconcerting, at best.

Service Advisor,David was professional, courteous, and informative concerning my car repairs. Really a nice person! Since I had only put a thousand miles on car since last visit, We decided a tire rotation wasn't necessary at this time. Tires pressure checked out good. Was disappointed with price of Windshield wipers which I needed. Otherwise Service visit was terrific! Great "Service " from the moment I entered the Dealership and moment I left! Thank you Subaru personnel!

I just got an oil change. And guess what they didn't try to upsell any other services. They showed me a video of a quick inspection and just said to watch for things that could go wrong in the future ( brakes , tires, you know the normal things) That's amazing! Other dealerships I've been to try to sell anything and everything while you're there. I'll be a new customer at CDJR from here on out. Thanks to the service team for doing a great job and quick to boot.
