I was informed that a part was needed, which would take approximately 2 days. I had a work trip and told the service agent I'd be back in 4 days. I did not hear from them at all. I called several times after the 2 days for updates and Wayne finally called to say the part did not arrive so they need to keep my car another 5 days! after many calls and service managers on day 7 they gave me a loaner Only because I showed up there for MY car. Not a good experience and I was vocal about it!
