Wait too long and cost too high. I went in for an oil change and was told I needed a new thermostat which would cost over $1,300 and a new radiator which would cost over $2,300. I got the oil change and paid for the diagnostic but not likely I will be back.

"My car was stuck at your dealership for a full month, which I found completely unacceptable. When I finally got it back, it smelled strongly of mold and dampness, like it had been left wet inside.
