I like the fact that a thorough inspection of the vehicle was conducted and potential problems were identified and fixed. What I did not like was the overpricing of the services. I did research after the fact, I concluded that I was overcharged by more than 30% on services that other reputable shops provide for a fair and reasonable price. Also, I found lots of online complaints of other patrons that were overcharged as well. Based on that alone, I would definitely not recommend this shop to anyone.

I like that you get a ride home if you are within the prescribed distance and they send a car to pick you up when the car is ready.
When you arrive to pick up your car, they are a bit slow. They don't wash your car when you get it back.
They want to charge a $250 diagnostic fee and are unwilling to tell you if a specific part (like the battery) could be the cause of the problem without spending a significant amount of time of repeatedly asking the question.
Don't know if this is the norm with all dealers. If it is the norm, I would give three stars.
They do however try to accommodate you if you would rather bring the car the next day early in the day.
They are the most conveniently located dealer shop. Braman is close too. I'll try them next time.

When I purchased this car the salesperson told me it was barley driving and I could test it for 7months within those 7 months I got 2 oil changes elbow joint on the wheel had to be fixed new breaks, alignment. And now the sensor doesn't work i cant lock my door cause the keypad wont insert the key the battery is no go i have to charge it and keep a pair of jumper cables in case car shut off this car is trash and for me to be paying 580 somthin a month I should be driving something more up to date with no problems last time I came to get this car serviced only thing they fix was the driver seat and the seat still isn't complete fixed it still lifts when I crank to be higher. This was my first car deal and I feel if I knew more I would of never made this deal. Cause I feel swindled
