Owner beware!! The service department here will try and sell you things you do not need! Every time I go here they tell me I need something I do not (brake fluid is a big one). I keep my own meticulous records (because this keeps happening) so I can call them out on their recommendations. This time I saved myself $500 worth of service and labor that wasn't due for my vehicle.

Excellent prompt professional service, including as well Susana Fernandez that was the Sales Rep when car leased on May 18, 2024. Previously Susana also was the Sales Rep when leased 2017 Honda Accord that was later purchased in 2020. Highly recommend Brickell Honda !!!

I like the customer service, they were kind, and showed care. I especially would like to acknowledge the mechanic(lady. Dont know her name). After checking my battery it read "good" but it had some liquid coming out of the battery. She let the agent and myself know of the dangers that could surpass and changed it. I liked that they gave me my car back in one piece. I didn't like that they kept me at the dealership for a few hours in the middle of the week, with the offer of a free oil change just to make an offer for my car and not change the oil (I checked after I left). When I declined the offer, I had to find the salesman to get my car back. I also can't be sure they even resolved the factory recall they claimed they were going to do.

The service was good but they did not honor the price they quoted over the phone before I made my appointment. They charged much more and then did not honor the full coupon they emailed me. My daughter had to call them and speak to a manager after the fact, and they did refund the money they did not honor. The prices are higher than the average around where I live. I would say go there, but pay attention to prices!

I won't get back. I went just for an oil change. My car was smelling inside like gasoline for 2-3 days. They charge you 3% more if you pay with credit card which is not allowed under de card payments franchise. I did it there because is close to work. Never again. On top of that , in spite on bringing it at 10 AM they weren't sure if the car would be ready by 4:30.
