Frustrating to say the least. My neighbor took my car in Friday at 7:30 am because the key was stuck in the ignition. Thinking this would be a simple problem to diagnois. At noon the car had not even been looked at. Okay so I called again about 3:00 and someone was going to check on it and get back to me. About 4:00 no answer yet so I called again and it was finally looked at but didn't have an answer yet. So I asked my neighbor to take me up to Brian Toliver because I had to have my car back with the key in the ignition or not. When I got there, they finally had done a diagonstic test and determined a part would need to be ordered for
$1100+ and then charged me $165 for the diaonstic test. I have ordered a new 2022 Ford Expedition and decided not to put anymore money into this vehicle as I have already spent about $2800 in the past 2 months. Hopefully my new vehicle will be in sometime this month. I am able to drive my car but the key just won't come out. I drive back and forth from Yantis, TX to Irving, TX each week and carry my dog with me. My life is a long story and I won't bore you will all the details of the past 2-1/2 months. I'm just looking forward to getting my new 2022 Ford Expedition.
