I had several items that needed to be taken care of for a 2 day job. Chanse is a great service manager and took care of all my requests, especially the knocking noise that was coming from my sun roof. So glad that was taken care of. New windshield, recall notice, AC and the sun roof noise.

When the lady called to schedule my appointment, I told her I would need my car back by 11:30 a.m. She said she would make a note of it. So at 11:30 a.m. my car was not here and I called and had to leave a message. A gentleman returned my call and I told him my car was supposed to be back to me by 11:30 a.m. He said he was not aware of that but would get someone to bring it to me promptly. Which he did and I am grateful for that.

We had a dead battery. A service person arrived within minutes to jump start. We drive to the dealership where we were met and taken back immediately to get the battery replaced. The service manager was very polite and crashed literally running around to help us and others at quickly as he could. We were back on the road in no time! Great place. Definitely recommend them.

The gear shift cable to the transmission was broken at the shifter. It was a simple fix. My son and and I could have fixed it for $60 cost of the cable but I let the business do it because of the personnel that is kin to my son. The vehicle is a Lariot not a King Ranch . The fix lasted until I got to the Post Office and cost me $500. Your business will not work on my truck anymore. I will go local.

Scheduled an oil change at 9:30. We were given our truck after going back to check whether finished at 11:30. Was notified at 12:29 that the truck was done. Tracking was not beneficial because it appeared the truck never moved from the time we dropped off the keys.

I liked the new tire service and that my spare tire was put back where it goes. I also had filters and fluids checked with my oil chg. I saw them add a quart of anti freeze but they never checked to see the protection level after adding.

The work took a little longer than anticipated due to complications but I'd rather have it done right than being rushed. The body work was done beautifully and there is no visible indication there was anything done. It all looks original. Plus, my vehicle was returned spotless, inside and out. Even the tires were dressed! The body shop at Brian Toliver Ford seriously rocks!!
