I took my car to brake plus to get a diagnosis test the engine light was on and car not running well, mechanic told me their was 3 things I needed to get it would be 986.00 and my car would be fix, I did not have the money had to take a loan they said they fixed my car I drive car home went to store and back home next day the engine lights comes on again and car still doing the same things.
I went back up there the same mechanic runs another diagnostic test that comes up with several codes cost will be close to 3000.00.
I ask him how can this be when you ran a diagnostic test just yesterday he said he did not know this happened on old car sometime this happened I told him I would had never ask you to fix my car if it would had been that much, I believe he lied to me pick out the simple part and over charged me. I believe he knew all those codes were there but he took out the ones he wanted to change me for or the only ones he could do, I will never trust a brakes plus companies I am seek to sue that company for providing false incomplete information the first time. I hope he reap what he sowed to me

TIERNEY (Manager) and her crew of Mechanics are awesome! Having had my GMC truck's general maintenance serviced by the dealer for last few years, I went looking for another service shop with same professional service yet more reasonable in price. I found Brakes Plus to be that and more, at least at this Warren Pkwy location in Frisco. First, they replaced my struts and shocks recently at a very reasonable price, unlike the dealer. I just returned to have my 100k miles service performed and they did an excellent job, again at a reasonable price. Tierney is an excellent manager as are the professional Mechanics at this site. Professional, Knowledgeable and Honest, what more can I say except Thank you Brakes Plus!
