Excellent follow up by Eric, Tierney and crew! I came in to have oil leaks repaired in December and while most of the leaks were resolved then, I still had a minor leak. I returned to Brakes Plus on Warren in Frisco and Eric was able to identify the remaining leak and repaired it in a timely manner. Thank you Eric, Tierney (Mgr) and the rest of the crew at this professional and courteous shop!

Brought my wifes car in for service check as brakes making minor scraping sound. They checked out thoroughly and said while making noise, everything still functioning correctly and there was no safety issue. Even though I chose to go ahead and do brake job, I was very appreciative they were looking out for me.

Great service from appointment booking, to communication, to quality work. I tried to book an appointment for several things and the guy said "let's start with the oil change and see what else it may need." Ended up being in great shape and not needing half the things I thought. At checkout, they also applied the advertised coupons before I could even point them out. I'm not a pro under the hood, but I left feeling they did everything on the invoice and did it well.
