Was not impressed with the service advisor at all. They ask if I wanted to replace the air filter for $78. I told them I had one at home I would replace it. They put the old filter in without even knocking any of the dirt stuff off of it. It was ugly.

When you let us know, you had a filter at home to install yourself, we simply reinstalled the existing one rather than replacing it. We should have taken a moment to communicate that more clearly, and I apologize if the interaction felt rushed. That's not the experience we want anyone to have here. terrible communication. for the 2nd time we have had our vehicle aligned at Bob Howard and both times they gave us the vehicle back with 8+ pounds of pressure in the tires. They can't accurately communicate a timeline of completion. Had we not continued calling to check-in, I am not sure that there was any urgency to get the work done.

Awful experience.
Brought my vehicle back in for the same issue that was supposed to be fixed. Told I would hear back by Monday. No call. Called Tuesday, no return call. Called Wednesday, no return call. Called Friday, no return call. Came in that Friday to find out that over the last week that NOTHING had been done. No diagnostics or anything.
Now their manager, Mat Davis, is avoiding my calls. This has been a truly awful experience.

Went there for 2 issues and a oil change. Was told for 2 issues i would have to leave my vehicle for 2 days. Went back to pick my vehicle up on the 3rd day and the only thing that was done was a oil change. When asked why the other issues wasnt addressed every body was twirling their thumbs and stated the technician went home for the day so no one knows. Wasted 3 days for them to only change my oil.
