They say no hidden fees, except as $399 "lifetime tint" fee and a $699 "document" fee. These fees are ridiculous and stopped me from any further conversation with this dealership. They are profit fees.

I used the chat feature to check availability of the vehicle. An appointment was made to do a test drive the next day. When I arrived at the dealership it was a bit confusing since the internet team doesn't go on test drives, so they assigned another sales person. The vehicle didn't turn out to be the one for me, so we left after the test drive. The sales people were all nice and they did follow up with me.

Went to pick up the vehicle and they called me back 5 minutes before I left to say that it was already sold. They played games for 2 days saying that it wasn't ready and didn't tell me that someone else was interested in buying it. Salesperson was nice, professional but the cars they have are manufacturer buybacks or in other cases rentals. They may also have trade ins or auction cars. It's just my preference to buy from a new car dealer that handles that make of car. So, I did not pursue a purchase at Bill Luke.

I was in communication all week trying with the internet sales to get the process as far along as possible. This way I could just come in and complete paperwork and be in and out. This did not happen. I might as well have had zero communication with them! It was extremely frustrating and a waste of time. I will not be returning to that dealership!
