I did not appreciate being rushed to sign the invoice before having the chance to fully review the underwriting details. I later noticed a waiting charge that added almost $15 while my car was being serviced, on top of the normal service fees. That charge did not make sense to me. Learn from my mistake and read everything carefully before signing anything

I did not have the best experience on my last visit as it took over three hours for an oil change, but I did hear feedback from a manager, acknowledging the mistake and that they would work to get better. I have been very pleased overall with their service on my vehicle. The reason for my 5 star is their acknowledgement of the mistake and the great service I receive on my vehicle.

This was my first time visiting Bill Estates, and they were swamped the day of service, but overall, I was delighted with the service. I had a 65000 - 70000 routine service, which included an oil change and tire rotation, but there was a recall. That had the part in stock and could take care of the issues. Yes, I would recommend Bill Estate Toyota Service Shop.

The link provided for updates of price alerts. Between the time I contacted the dealer, they increased the price two times and emailed me price alerts that the price was higher - all within a day or two. That's crazy that they an keep increasing the price when obviously the car was still sitting on their lot and unsold. Not sure I can trust a dealer that manipulates price like that.

I was there for a oil change, I was told that my car was ready, after paying for the service, I drove off I then noticed that my dash board still showed that maintenance was required I also noticed that the millage sticker had not been changed. I returned to the service department and it resolved , I later had thoughts about if my oil was changed.
