Everything was great. The only thing that was off is no one let me know when the part was in. I finally called when I did not hear from anyone after 3 weeks. Not a big problem but did not seem up to their normal outstanding customer service.

Beyer Kia has the best service center I've been to. The service is excellent and they have a mobile tracking system so you can see your service status in real time. If additional services are needed, they always ask if you want to have them done, and share estimated cost, before proceeding. I have peace of mind that Beyer Kia will do a great job every time.

Dealership had my car for over a month. This is after the first service performed on my car. Turns out there was a bigger issue that they didn't diagnose properly. Was about to be charged $3k for motor issues. I had inform them this was a certified pre-owned car bought from THEM 4 years prior. Car still had problems starting. Have to hold key fob on keyless ignition to get car started. They assured me this issue was resolved.

There was nothing bad about the 60,000 mile service but nothing exceptional about. They checked all the boxes but made no comments, I.e., tire wear, issues to watch for. Hard to imagine a five/year old car is perfect. However, they did their jobs and were not rude if not talkative.

Easy process and lack of pushiness by salesman over at Beyer Volvo. Went over the optional upgrades at purchase, but again, didn't feel pushy. Got to test drive the vehicle a few times, and then the buying process took very little time. Great experience, glad these folks are nearby.

Elijah Bowers, my service representative, explained the cauae of the needed repair. Don Beyer Kia Service Department is great! I have been very pleased with them since I started going there after my go-to dealership of 10+ years (Fairfax Kia) was sold to the Ourisman Group and they Ourismanized the dealership to the point that I didn't want to do business there anymore. I highly recommend Don Beyer Kia Service Department and am quite sad that I won't be able to go there anymore since I recently moved to Florida.

The service was excellent! It was getting the appointment that was hard, I had to make it almost 4 weeks out. When I bought my car one of the perks was a loaner. I like dropping it off the night before so it can be serviced first appointment. They never have loaners! Dont offer free loaners if you never have them. But service was excellent, everyone always very friendly!
