I had a good experience, it just takes a long time for the service. I had an appointment but it still took a while, probably with it being on a Saturday. I would drop it off during the week but then I would have to have another car to drive to work.

A good overall experience, but slow service. Scheduled a 3pm appt. a week in advance for state inspection & to change key fob batteries. I sat where I could see my car at check in & noticed they didn't take my car back until 330pm. Taking close to hour & a half to do the service where I did not get out until around 4:20pm. I had anticipated it taking an hour or less since I had scheduled appt. in advance.

I got my oil changed and tires rotated just to find out 2 of tires were bad and told everything was great. And I should've been compensated for that. I am out of town and my dad have been driving my car and having to put air in my tires every day. That really bothered me.

The service department is horrible. Our car has been in 3x for a recall which still wasn't fixed. Apparently, they feel it's ok to schedule a customer for the recall then inform them after making arrangements to drop the car off that the part needs ordered still. This has happened several times to us. We live 30 minutes away as well. This is terrible customer service.

I was in shock when my husband came home and told me that it cost $98.00 to have my oil changed. Never again will I pay this much for a oil change this is way too much. I was very disappointed and I've never paid this much for this. I'll be going somewhere else. Very disappointed

I paid double. The coupon they sent me in the mail was for a oil change for $19.99. It included a filter and up to 6 quarts of full synthetic oil. When I paid the bill the $ 19.99 deal ended up being over $40. Very disappointed. I like Ben Mynatt. I bought my truck there. I will never use the again for service. That is just ridiculous.

Service advisor failed to contact me about the status of the repair of my vehicle, when I was promised a call back at 11:30am and I waited and waited and finally went by Ben Mynatt at 3:45pm to find out the part needed for my vehicle repair was not available until the day after Thanksgiving as this all happened on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. He stated he got busy and forgot to call me. Not good customer service!

The service was good . The problem that i had was how long it took to get my oil changed. I suppose they might have been short staff. I was there from 2:30 until almost 4:00. To me that is a long time. Also was not aware as to how much a oil change has increased.

I always think that Ben Mynatt has great service. The people working in service there are always pleasant and want to make your visit the best it can be.....However....this time I was really shocked that the cost of my service was a whole lot higher. I realize that everything costs more these days but I felt that this time it was unreasonable. I am thinking very seriously that I am going to shop around for the next time.
