I always take my car there for service. The team they are extremely helpful and they take care of my car and they always explain what I need to keep my car in good condition. They are never pushing you to do things that don't need repairs on your car they always tell you the cost of the repair before they do them.. I love b these guys. So you should go and see them for repairs or if you are looking for a new car.

Prompt service I liked. My car is covered by Nissan warranty. Just because I bring my car for an issue and technician cannot find the issue, I should not be liable for cost. Just because the technician couldn't find anything doesn't mean the problem isn't there.

Always satisfied with Ben Mynatt service. I am concerned at the turnover of employees in the service adviser position. All the service advisers that I was comfortable with an trusted are gone, the new adviser was fine, no problem but it is concerning working with a new adviser every time I come in.

Good information and service reliability generally. Friendly staff and driver back to the shop. Did not realize I would not get a "Car Ready" call or text and did not pick up the message to my gmail for hours. Additionally a heads up on ETA for the pick time for my ride to Nissan would have saved me a lot of time on a busy day and 40 minutes of standing outside work in the sun.. Appreciate the expertise of the team.
