Went in for oil change, transmission and brake fluid work. There was a problem with the brakes when I got the car back. They came out immediately with a loaner car and took my car back in to fix problem. It was ready the next morning. Excellent response to the problem.

We had an appointment scheduled that day and after we checked in they told us to wait. We waited for more than half an hour and they finally came out and said the guy that was scheduled to work on car was not in that day. We have been going there for years now, but disappointed in the service we got from them.

Job was done quickly, belt done. The mechanic did forget to put the radiator plastic overflow tank back in the hanging bracket (which he of course had to move to do the belt replacement). No harm done, a simple fix on my part to put it back in the bracket, but it was a bit sloppy for them to have missed that.

These folks are a but strange. Exuberant pricing is accompanied by things like putting a note that your new tires and already fully aligned tires are failing alignment although they did not check anything!!! Reason: I did the new tire install and alignments not at their place so they do not have records so they would fail me for that. How obnoxious!!!

You would think a dealer would understand that my 2017 Honda Pilot has a maintenance minder that notifies you of regularly scheduled maintenance. Yet, they recommended eight "maintenance" items totaling over $2200. Only two of these items would have been appropriate for the age and mileage of my vehicle. Typical dealer oversell, which is a big problem in the car service industry.

I received a recall notice for the car's back-up camera and decided to have the windshield wipers also replaced. I was able to make an appointment that week to leave the car for 6 hours. The necessary update was made to the software system and all wiper blades were replaced and the car was washed and returned to me later that day! I was happy to get my car back and be on the road again.

Excellent and friendly service from A to Z. They did not scratch my Honda like the previous Honda dealer, and did what they were supposed to do and did it very well. Will be going back here for sure. Also the waiting area is very nice and good coffee, etc is complimentary.

I'm always satisfied with the service at Beaverton Honda. They NEVER try to sell me things I don't need, the lobby is comfortable and I can get some work done with the wifi while I wait for my car to be ready, and I've never had any issues with their work. It's a great place to get maintenance done.

They heard the noise that the steering wheel was making when turning, but they did not want to look into it any further because they did not know what was wrong with it. I even showed them a video of how loud it gets. This dealership is awful and I will not go back to them and would not recommend them to anybody.

The service and the people were great, but the price of oil change and other service is getting ridiculously expensive at the dealer. I think you are better off doing some of the work outside dealership. The service is not worth the price. Too Expensive!

They were on time and quick on my oil change. Gave my car back to me washed and cleaned after the oil change and tires rotated. I just was not told that I need to bring the car back after 25 miles to tighten the tires if the tires yellow caution light comes on.

This is a great car dealer. They checked the vehicle before putting it on the market. The car is in very good condition. They provide a 30 day warranty of defects. The staff are helpful and friendly. They use a low pressure sales approach which is refreshing. The price is set for the car and there is no haggling about the price. I recommend Beaverton Honda.

I was sent reminders for the service and it was very easy to schedule the service online. The advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful and the service was done on time. I would have given 5 stars except that the TPMS was not reset after the tire rotation which I had to do myself after I got a low pressure warning while driving. I plan to get my vehicle serviced at Beaverton Honda because they do a good job overall.

The first time I had service done at Beaverton Honda (on a previously owned vehicle), I knew I could trust these folks. I've had nothing but good results. Bought my current vehicle there and no one but Beaverton Honda has touched it. If they keep this up, they will have a customer for life. First dealership EVER of any kind that I don't leave feeling they tried to "put something over on me". These folks are the real deal.

From start to finish, Honda service department did a fantastic job in explaining what would need to be done to fix my problem and how much it would cost as well as the time duration it would take to fix the problem. And they delivered, problem fixed, on time, and under their estimated projected cost! Well done Beaverton Honda :)

Service was for the software update recall so I didn't have any pricing issues (it was free) and had minimal contact with the service department. But when I did interact with them, they were professional and courteous and my car came back cleaner than when I dropped it off. My only complaint is that Honda didn't offer a free rental car for a safety recall.

I had to have my Honda towed in to the service department due to a starting issue. It took them only a matter of hours to get to my car to diagnose the problem, even though it was just a few days before Christmas and they were really busy. My car was fixed (new battery) and ready that same day (and washed!). The staff here is definitely a cut above all the rest - I won't trust my Honda to anyone else for service!
