I was told my car was needed for 6 hours. I hadn't heard back from them after 7 hours. I texted, still nothing. I then called and was told they would let me know when they knew something. They always give me the same unprofessional courtesy.I know several people who have had the same experience and stopped going there.

I appreciate being greeted right after I drive in. I love having a good place to land while I wait for my car! I love having free beverages available. I am happy that they contact me via text message and then come find me when they need to talk to me. They are accurate at their timing of how long they will take. There was a nail in one of my tires that could have been repaired, but they refused because my tires are just over two years old and outside of the warranty. Instead, they gave me a quote for a new tire. I had to get the repair done at another shop. I've been their loyal customer since I bought my car from them, but I might need to find a different shop.

Recent service experience was great. Got my Honda CRV serviced in promised time slot. I had a minor repair work that I added during my car drop-off and it was fixed in that stipulated time. During my wait time, ample amount of sitting area was provided with snacks and drinks. There was free wifi provided but I didnt utilize the service. Billing and car pick-up was quick with no waiting or delays.

Brought my car in to service a recall on the KGC Honda Fuel Pump Motor and they told me I needed new brakes, even quoted me. I preformed my own brake replacement and found that my pads were no where near ready to be replaced.

At 5mm, we'll flag them as something to keep an eye on. At 3mm, we strongly recommend immediate attention, as most customers drive thousands of miles between visits and waiting could lead to more costly (and avoidable) repairs. Please know that we never recommend repairs that aren't needed. Our goal is to keep you fully informed about your vehicle's condition. Your safety is our top priority, especially when it comes to something as critical as your brakes.
