I took my car in for service, and they kept it for three days. When I finally called to check on the status, they said it was ready, but the service technician had never reached out to notify me. He also refused to provide a loaner vehicle.
When I picked up my car, the original issues were still unresolved, and all the warning lights on the dash remained on. Their proposed solution was for me to either leave the car for yet another day or drive it in hopes the lights would "reset."
This has been a consistent problem their service is unreliable and disappointing.

Nice new Dealership location, however its the same Mediocre service and unfriendly staff. I only go there cause its the closest to my home. They have a phone text message that is suppose to show you updated status as your is being worked on. received the 1st text almost immediately upon check in, app still showed vehicle just arrived for service , even after my i had left the dealership and all work was completed. then i received a survey which does not allow you to open the page. very poor customer service!
