I contacted the service center with my issue, and the representative was very helpful in scheduling an appointment for me. Then he explained that we could also pick up your car and perform the service, and then return it once it has been completed. Due to my work schedule, I found that to be very helpful. Overall, the service was excellent and the staff was extremely helpful.

Bakersfield Acura service department is the best I've ever been to.. I live in Ventura and Gold Coast Acura is so awful. I drive to Bakersfield. I will continue to do this. It's worth spending the money for gas to get car service properly and the whole staff is amazing.

He contacted me immediately when other issues were were discovered that needed to be addressed. And his estimate of my total charge was right on the money. Beautiful new facility as well.
