I took my vehicle to have it inspected and experienced very scary interruptions the day after I got it back. The dealership was cooperative when I called to report the issues and worked tirelessly, after I had it towed back to make driving the vehicle safe. There were two days of silence that made me very anxious. It was the only part of my experience I would change.

I only have one complaint on my most recent visit. The charge for labor for the oil change was $ 39.00, last year for the same service the charge was $19.00, that seemed
a little high then but I did not say anything, but to raise that charge by $20.00 was over
the top. I ran my own service station early on in my life and know what is involved in an

I purchased a 2015 Chevy Cruze from Baierl in 2018. Three years later the engine is shot and the cost to repair the car exceeds its worth. It was always a lemon. When I asked them to provide peace of mind warranty on another car to replace the lemon they said no. I will never do business with them again. They do not stand behind what they sell.

Wonderful!!!! John at the service department was extremely courteous and helpful. I advised that I had a coupon for an oil change with filter and tire rotation. Also I wanted all filters checked. He let me know when my car was ready that all my fluids were filled and filters did not need replaced at this time. Great service!!!

got automated responce from dealer. said car was there and could be sold. dealer was closed for covid. truck had sold dign. emailed back to dealer to double check.no responce. called later in the week. salemaen said they werent there. he would check. called back sold. then more emails asking to come look at the truck. automated emails again. get it together.

Went to dealership for RT wiper arm to be replaced due to arm not sweeping correctly and leaving streaks on winshield and to have the nitrogen tires inflated properly. So far all seems to be ok.
I had a 1pm appt and the vehicle was taken back in decent time but had to wait 10 or so mins for a service advisor to to check me in.

No problem noted. Only issue was I made an appointment for 1pm when I arrived I was advised it would be a hour and a half before my car would be looked at. Why make an appointment if you are told you have to wait that long. I complained and my car was taken in sooner.

Good service. I wish they would take appointments for the basic service but was in and out pretty quick. He also helped me with a transmission problem. Very knowledgeable about the issue I was having. And scheduled an appointment with the transmission guy.

The staff at Baierl Cadillac dont seem to care about customer service. They barely speak to you. There used to be two men in the service department who were great, but theyve been gone for about a year. I bought my current car (third Cadillac) at a competitor across town. I am tempted to do the trip for future service.

Great service as always. They took my car right away as i had a appointment. Brakes, rotors and tires were installed on my vehicle. Everything was done great. As they advertise, you will not pay a lot for tires and they were right. Great price for my 265-65-18 tires.

Drove in and was greeted with a service advisor right away. My truck was taken to the oil change rack soon afterward. The work was preformed correctly, the oil change was quick and I was out of there timely manners. The staff as always was friendly and courteous.
