Well, from the beginning everyone was pleasant and quick in performing each task. The mechanic when he got the car came and asked questions so he could better focus on problem. In 25 minutes he had identified the problem and assured me everything else was OK. Because it was the braking system, they provided a car until they could get the parts and make repairs. I did not have my insurance card in the car so they contacted the insurance company so I could get the loaner. Repairs completed on second day. Car washed and ready to pick up. AWESOME job

The salesman was nice and worked with me and held the vehicle since I had issues with my bank. Made an appointment when I had cashiers check in hand figured Id be in and out asap. Waited over an hour before signing paper work. The Vehicle had a check engine light on, I asked why it was on was told it was a sensor. I expect to be lied to at roadside lot not at a highly reviewed dealership. Ended up costing 600 dollars to fix. I also inquired about the spare set of keys that were on the vehicle details. Was told they would fedex them when found. I also over paid by a little on my cashiers check and was told I would receive a refund check for the difference. My messages havent been returned.

The woman was horrible! She talked about herself a lot more than the trucks for sale. She came off like she was above everyone and she was very opinionated about why we should NOT buy the truck. We got so sick of hearing her talk about herself and she couldn't answer the questions we had on several vehicles. Simple ones like what's the price. I mean seriously. I will never return to this dealership again and believe me I love buying vehicles. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone either. Last of all, there was no follow up trying to offer me another sale. Not impressive employee.
