Horrible experience! Will NEVER go back to Baglier Buick GMC. Rude employees HORRIBLE customer service. Waited over an hour for an "inspection" just to be told my car would not pass due to a window tint brow. That is something 100% VISIBLE from the outside and should have been pointed out immediately rather than making me wait for a long period of time and then being charged full price of $50 when an inspection anywhere else would've cost $35. Will never recommend this place EVER.

The service I scheduled was Oil Change, Tire Rotation and State Inspections. My appointment time was 11:00am and the service desk was ready for me. We went over what I wanted done, I handed over my keys and took a seat in the waiting room. I watched some news on their TV and before I knew it they said my Terrain was finished. As I drove out of the dealership I noticed it was only a couple of minutes after 12:00pm. Couldn't ask for more than that.
