As always, service was top notch, performed in a reasonable amount of time and for reasonable price. All the service advisors are great and Gary has been taking care of us for years. We live within 10 miles of two other BMW dealers and drive to Salem (40 miles) due to the commitment and appreciation BMW Salem gives us.

I have taken my BMW into Salem BMW a couple of times for service/warranty work. Didn't have a positive experience after the previous visit but decided to give them another opportunity. Very disappointed in this shop. I have been given inaccurate/misleading information multiple times and on this visit they failed to accurately record the incoming mileage prior the service work performed. I don't trust this shop.

they took a bit longer than i would think was necessary just to get the vehicle from me and take it in for service. So i do not think i like the hurry up and get there for an appointment just to be put on hold. Atmosphere. A appointment means when you as the customer arrives they should be ready to relieve you of your vehicle and take it in for service. Hoping this was an isolated incident.

The service department is friendly and got my car diagnosed (for a fee) quickly. I gave them a 2 star rating due to the cost of the repair! It was extremely high. BMW offered to take $2000 off when they found out I was taking it to another shop. I would recommend giving the best price option 1st. Nice try BMW service but I wont be back.
